Use the thermometer to make an accurate measurement of the temperature of a solution or powder by placing the tip of the thermometer in the solution or powder. The reading resets to room temperature (25° C) when you remove the thermometer.
You can display a temperature reading on the thermometer by pressing the Show temperature button on its toolbar.
